True but although that was in the past I believe the disputes and difference in educational and social level between blacks and whites result from these previous happenings.

Since in the past blacks have been treated like a minority, black poor families of that time grew up like a minority to today.The lower social backround of some black societies created by the oppression of that time, survived.

It didn\'t make national news but Las Vegas has recently been having problems with these kids. They attacked a couple of old guys a month or so ago.

The "white gang" that GmanJoe is referring to from Las Vegas are known as the "311 Boys". 311 is a reference for KKK (3, 11th letter of alphabet, really stupid).

They came from a snobby suburbanite area of Las Vegas, and were nothing more than rebellious rich white boys.

By the way, the woman in this video died from this beating. Don\'t bother asking for proof, I\'m not sifting through Offtopic.com archives.
