Anyone not smart enough to turn on encryption on their router isn\'t smart enough to look at a table.

I don\'t leech because i have a very strong signal that is my own but I do think its funny I get their signal.

3 methods:

1) WEP
2) WPA
3) Filter MAC addresses

Last one is the most secure, but is a hassle if friends\' laptops go in and out of the house.

The first two are the most common, one is newer than the other (I forget which). But both are your standard password protected ish.

Read the directions on your router to enable one of em.

I do MAC address and WEP. When I move to my new house I won\'t need anything. Unless someone is going to come park in my garage and steal my signal.

Sounds good. I\'ll have to do that before I head of to college (one week).
