Covington....a small suburb about 35 min..from atlanta (east).....Jersey was ok but i had to make moves. yea i\'ll always love jersey, but it was either buy an old ass house up there for 310,000 or buy a brand new one for half that...you do the math..;)....it\'s a bit slower down here as well....it\'s nice tho...

310,000!?  A fvcking townhouse I was eyeing with some friends was just under $500 g\'s.  arghhh, I know it\'s all about location but noticing other prices makes me feel like i\'m getting it up the butt
