I certainly wouldn\'t say Peyton who, but Eli is really looking like he\'s already becoming quite the QB.  That New York offense could be good for a long time.

i was really disappointed how the broncos handled a 6 point lead. I could only watch on nfl.com, but every drive to run some clock or even get another score, all they did was \'run, pass, pass/run, punt\' and never got anywhere. EVERY first down was a run..play action wouldve been a great play, i think, on first down. If theyre willing to pass on third down, they shouldve been willing to pass on first.

but ill give eli is credit. i read the broncos threw some confusing blitzes to confuse him, then to pack-pedal with pressure and find toomer shows hes got pose. just wish the broncos wouldve sticked to their gameplan that gave them the lead in the first place.

The Bronco\'s really blew it near the end. I was surprised when Eli made that final throw tho\', I saw him backpeddaling and I just knew he was goin\' to get sacked, but he stayed composed, found Toomer, made the throw and won the game.

Boring week for the most part, \'cept for the end of the Seahawks / Cowboys game and the end of the Giants / Bronco\'s game.

chargers/eagles turned out to be very good. the game as a whole was boring because LT had a whole 7 yards rushing. and of course the eagles offense slacked.

but the last quarter was pretty crazy. TD pass to gates, eagles drive down the field and get stopped but get a second chance because of a penalty and get a TD, chargers come back with a TD to get a 4 point lead, eagles turn the ball over on downs and the chargers (surprise surprise, marty) get their field goal blocked and ran back for a TD to give the eagles the lead. THEN the chargers fumble it in field goal range...ouch..

Am I the only one who wants to see the Eagles fail miserably? I\'m tired of T.O and I will go against any team that has him, it\'s sad, but true.

im definitly in the same boat. I do think T.O. is the best reciever..but that doesnt make up for how much of a douchebag the guy is. i mean..he has a problem with the niners which is relatively understandable because of how much trouble the franchise is in, but the way he did it couldnt have been any more arrogant. Instead of saying what is wrong with the system, all he can do is say how gay garcia is.

then he says "ill join ANY team"...then he gets the ravens talking to him and acts happy just to show that hes willing to talk with anyone to get away from the niners, but then pulls a move to (almost) screw the ravens over that lands him on the eagles. then after all that, he has the balls to be the controversy of the off-season. Im pretty sure i heard reid say how proud he was that his team is never in the tabloids..untiiiill they land the douchebag on their team...

I hate the eagles more than any other team probably... well, right behind the broncos & raiders (being a chiefs fan and all).  I should have been pulling for them against the chargers, but at least this weekend helped the chiefs out in the AFC west standings :)

Colts are the only undefeated team, but that means nothing come Playoff time. Anyone can hand an upset and end it all.

Good news for Clips..ESPN.com just reported that Dallas cut Cortez, after he missed the 29 yard field goal yesterday.
