Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

I think the Pats did manage to expose the Colts\' defense but that was overshadowed by the ass whuppin the Colts offense put on the Pats\' D. The Patriots offense can contend but the defense will continue to be our achilles heel unless the coaching staff can come up with some sort of quick fix.

Only good news for the Pats is that the second half of the season is A LOT easier than the first and they have a chance to rest some players and gain some momentum for a postseason push.

I don\'t know what happened to C-Dill during the offseason but he has been running like a 70 year old all season. Its like he is in the wrong gear out there.

Funny thing is that this loss didn\'t hurt as much as the Chargers loss because I wasn\'t expecting a win this time. Que sera, sera.

Word is Priest Holmes has a lump on his spine the size of a golf ball.  One more big hit and he could be paralyzed.

Rumors are swirling that he may retire tomorrow...

If I was him I would, he needs to take care of himself, LJ is great and especially since he\'s from Penn St.

Hell, I would. If he saved his NFL money and didn\'t waste it on blow, he could retire rich.

According to several scouts, the three top prospective free-agent wide receivers next March figure to be New England\'s David Givens, Indianapolis\' Reggie Wayne and Pittsburgh\'s Antwaan Randle El. One interesting name that might appeal to the Eagles is the Chargers\' Reche Caldwell.

Interesting.

i\'d be shocked if the rooney\'s let randle el go.

he\'s far too versatile, even if he drops alot of passes and whines for interferance penalties.

Bettis was willing to re-negotiate his own salary just to keep another player. Man, I forgot who it was though. Rooneys are somewhat frugal when it comes to these things, though. Salary caps being the biggest issue obviously. But signing bonuses, aren\'t those up to the owners and not capped by the league?

i heard about that..in a different league i traded holmes to an unsuspected victim,lol..i also lost a few other people (ward, galloway) but i got shaun alexander.

that does suck though..even as a bronco fan, it sucks to see someone like him retire, especially since he didnt make it as a starter till way later than he shouldve.

yeah, he\'s one of the few truly classy guys left in the nfl.  He\'s been put on IR so he is done for the year, but isn\'t retiring yet.

So who the hell knows.

Drafting Larry Johnson a few years back looks better and better now.  When do we play you guys, in a few weeks right?

4 more weeks. Thats definitly going to be the deciding factor. The rest of the broncos schedule isnt too tough, dallas, KC, and the chargers pose some threat but theyve beaten SD and KC. Only difference is KC might have roaf back by the time they face denver. KC\'s schedule is a little tougher, dallas, SD, @ giants (where eli plays well)..im not convinved cinci can beat good teams because theyve lost the games that had to win to show they could contend in the playoffs.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Miami  lost on a 4th and goal.

Bright side? More Patriot nuts are hurt.

In other news.
54 seconds.
Vikings and Giants.
21 to 21.
Who will it be?
