Massive heart attack. He had an enlrged heart and weakened arteries, possibly as result of past drug and alcohol abuse.

Quote
Enlarged or
weakened hearts appear to be a recurring theme in the wrestling
business. Similar ailments also cut short the lives of Eddie Gilbert
(33), Brian Pillman (34), Davey Boy Smith (The British Bulldog, 39),
Rodney Anoai (Yokozuna, 34), Ray Traylor (The Big Bossman, 42), Rick
Roode (40), Terry Gordy (40), Michael Hegstrand (Road Warrior Hawk, 46),
Ray Fernandez (47), Ted Petty (Rocko Rock, 48), Gary Albright (36), and
the list goes on and on.

more than just a coincidence
Don't waste your words I don't need anything from you. I don't care where you've  been or what you plan to do. I am the resurrection and I am the light. I  couldn't ever bring myself to hate you as I'd like.
