A MS product crashing?!

So this is really an anticipated system, not just a small amount of hardcore gamers making the small supply seem like a success?

Poll, currently over 4500 respondents:
Canadian Newspaper Online

I\'ll let the results speak for themselves.

sony did it too with the PS2 yet I never heard you laugh that up

It\'s just a business tactic

wrong again, boz
the demand for PS2\'s was phenominal
the 360 couldnt dream of that user base

there\'s well over 90 million PS2\'s sold
how you think the demand for PS3 is?

it kills me how you guys are so accepting of problems with new consoles.
are you buying them with your own money?

comparing xbox 360 hardware problems to what happened 4 years ago or longer is laughable, and a pathetic excuse

Yes, I buy them with my own money.

And comparin\' the problems with the 360 and problems four years ago is the POINT. The fact that they didn\'t learn from the problems from the past is a sad thing. I\'m willin\' to bet Sony didn\'t learn either once the PS3 launch happens. Both companeis know they can sell this stuff to the mass public and it doesn\'t have to work a 100 percent. Pathetic.

I think Sony is waiting to see what MS is doing. Maybe it\'s a good thing that they\'re waiting a while to release the PS3, so they don\'t fook anything up. I hope the launch titles for the PS3 will hold my attention for a while.

And I\'m finally getting a 56-60 inch HDTV for the first fooking time. It should be put to good use with this upcoming generation.

Who said I ever accepted?  I didn\'t go out and buy one right now and thats one of the many reasons for it.  I\'m just not against the console because it doesn\'t have Sony written across it.

And I still think Sony built the hype of the launch with the high demand tactic cause god knows the launch titles were terrible.

Yea, dog the MS hype-fest all you want but I seriously doubt anyone can outdo Kutargi\'s comment how the PS2 can render Toy Story level graphics in real time.  That\'s great news, looks like all the games are only using 5% of the PS2\'s power.

That is false common sense. It doesnt make people that didnt want the console to want it later. It mostly makes the same people that wanted the console in the first place to want it more.

Say what you will, it wasn\'t meant to be an insult as much as just common sense.  And I haven\'t tried to debate any qualities of the console to you cause all it is to you is sales.  Oh oh Sony sold this much I must be right.

MM if you expect ps3 to have no problems when it launches you are a blind fanboy. The ps1 had problems. So did ps2 and if you think things will change with 3 your lost.

There is going to be some problems with the first batch of consoles. There shouldn\'t be I agree. And it  sucks to spend all this money to have the BSOD. We as consumers need to start holding these gaming console responsible.

Sales is king to the company but I have plenty of fun worrying less about that and playing the games instead.

As for not buying consoles at launch, I definitely agree.  You\'re just asking for trouble.  I\'m wondering how bad the 360 problem really is, cause if it is that bad then this rush makes them look stupid.
