Favorite Local Band

Alright, it\'s time for people to get the name out for their favorite local band.

Here\'s mine, the Martian Puppits.  My buddy Matt glaze is the drummer for them, they finished in the top 10 for the Ozzfest talent show.

These aren\'t their best songs (my fav is My Town and Robbin and Steal\'n, also the songs don\'t do them justice as they are amazing in live performances)

Apparently they are no longer around though, their website got taken down....

I met their singer at a graduation party a few years back.  It was at a recording studio and him and a buddy played through the entire party.

Really?

Are we talking about the same band?

From Champange Illinois. Kinda hard-emo rock.

I think they broke up like, 5 years ago.

Song 2 is quite good.

But later on they lose it... *sigh* its so easy to be a \'metal\' band.

Think so, they played in a small venue with minus the bear. They were the headliner.  It was about 3 years ago, who knows.  They were kind of hard emo rock but everyone these days is.
