My point was it doesn\'t matter how it\'s phrased. It is still letting a guy off after he has raped a child and that should be the focus point. Not if they own a condo or a timeshare. Not if they are upper-class. The main factor is a judge, let a child down, a rape victim down. There is NO WAY to justify this and goin\' off subject over how I phrased something is idiotic.
And no, I was not saying anything about your parenting. I am positive you would not put your child in that situation, just as I would never do that with my daughters, but that isn\'t the point.
