I saw a commercial for a liberal news station saying that it was a coverup for something big. It said something like "hunting accident or huge government coverup. Tune in at 11 for the truth". I ddint\' even bother to flip it on because it would have been like an hour of bullshit on how its a huge coverup.

I haven\'t heard anybody try to spin it. Just the fact that, hey look, Cheney shot a guy in the face.

Though I did see someone say that such and such a thing was coming up soon, so this takes the focus off that.  But please, you don\'t shoot a 78 year old in the face to create a smokescreen.

You shoot a 78 year old man in the face because you don\'t know what you\'re doing.

Or because you have a vendetta against said 78 year old man. And, possibly, his face.

Didn\'t they say that this was partially the guy who got shot\'s fault since he didn\'t achnowledge that he was there? It was a hunting accident. This kind of stuff happens all the time.

Heh, the Daily Show did that. It was funny. They related it to WMDs, Iraq and the war on terror in one report. And also, Duck Hunt. They also picked on the idea of raising game in captivity to be killed.
