I guess it depends whether or not you\'re truly worried about money.
Will it be easier to start building now, or after the Deuce is born?
Well I just don\'t see having a baby in the house we are in. I just have too much shit. And the problem with waiting to build is it only gets more expensive. I\'m really not too worried about money. I will make more money this year than Lona is going to lose from her salary last year, but it\'s still scarey.

Are you building the house yourself or are you hiring contractors to do it? Well I hope everything works out for you.
My parents just built their house so I have apretty solid list of subcontractors. I could never afford to pay a GC to build this house. They are wanting 140 /sqft. This house is almost 6,000 sq/ft under roof. That would be crazy. I should be able to build the house for about 320,000 which would give me a mortgage around 200 grand. Shouldn\'t be a problem.

If you have some spare time in Los Angeles, PM me.
I am at Gale Banks engineering in Azusa. Incredible facility. Gale Banks is a very very bright man. I\'m only here for one day and it is going to be a ball buster. Thanks for the offer though.

When is she due and how long till she can work again? That\'s a big factor.
She has been working 5 days a week and looks like she\'ll be able to do it for a while. We are talking about incorporating ourselves so we can right more off and get better insurance. Definitley a possibility. She may start consulting and educating in the field she is in. I\'m sure she will be fine. This whole insurance thing though really sucks.

rock on, bro. I\'m all stressed out too. just put an offer on a house, whaat a fucking runaround. Oh, and I failed in one of my life\'s pursuits: Never hiring a lawyer. D\'oh.
I didn\'t get a lawyer when I bought my house. We toyed with it though. THe owners were very cut and dry though and we just didn\'t think we\'d have any troubles. Good luck to ya.
