No nudge.  According to that site, I was ending the meal right (knife and fork parallel)... but during the \'breaks\' I would put the knife on the plate, and hang the fork off the edge, with just the tines on the plate.  I might try the \'proper way\' but I\'m sure most servers know this about as much as the population of PSX2C did... and they might try and bus the table unless it\'s clear someone isn\'t finished.

I do differnet thing sometimes. I nudge my plate, put my utensils on my plate, put my napkin on my plate or all of the above.
