Change his look a bit and he won\'t look like hellboy. Nothing too major. I\'m sure you\'d come up with a new look easy enough and still have the look you want.

is it EXACTLY like it? no..or else MP wouldnt be saying that we\'re wrong. But..you get the idea. Not sure if the comics are the same as the movie, but hellboy\'s horns are important so theres a bit more detail then 2 little nubs.

Hands are nothing like it.  Only thing I see similar are the horns.  And the blue ones are pointy.

Oh, and I didn\'t even know they were horns at first.  The drawing makes it look like the horns are eyes.

the hand was the most important thing in the movie. hence more detail/it being different.

I only watched the movie once, so i cant remember what happened when they grew out. So he buffed them down to size. I had no idea what they were before i saw the movie..i thought they were goggles that didnt move,lol.

Just look at the character as a whole to see the general similarities. Like i said..its not exactly like it.

The fact 8 people saw the similarities and one found it with another comic character noones heard of, its a problem. I think making a character would be the best part of making a comic..the rest is tedious.
