Some countries have an age of consent of 13.
Doesn\'t make it right.
Doesn\'t make it wrong.

But in the US and Canada, it DOES make it illegal.

That\'s not what I asked. But there are varying opinions in different cultures. Regardless of age...if you\'re not ready to take on parenthood, you shouldn\'t be having sex. That\'s just me.
