this is why i had to leave jersey,...don\'t get me wrong i luved the shore,...hitting nyc clubs, but these dumbass polticians are just ruining that state,...soon you are not going to be able to afford anything in that state......and this jerk comes in and does thee exact opposite of what he\'d say he would do...property taxes was already through the roof when i was there,..and taxes are going up again?..this guy is pulling a florio...i have a 4 br 2 1/2 bath home in ga..that i purchased for 150 and some change,..this same home in jersey i guarantee would cost 480 - 540 thou in jersey,...maybe even more....

I want to buy a home for my first house, but fearing we\'re at a bubble and my value would decrease or at least, not go up, I have to wait. And now he\'s going to push it even further?
 
Had he brought it down some I could jump in there.
 
As it stands, clips, you offer THE compelling reason to get the fuck out of here.
 
I live in a great neighborhood and all that, but I can\'t afford to get out on my own. And even if I did, I don\'t think it\'d be a safe investment given how highly inflated our cost of living is right now.
 
$150 for the house you describe is IMPOSSIBLE here. $150 for ANY house is impossible any more. Your house here = extreme wealth.
 
I have to get out of this state. That\'ll have to be in the cards at some point.
