I saw a commercial about Underworld. Some movie that probably had mediocre results. But it said now available on DVD and coming soon to blu-ray. Got me to thinking. First off, the movie looked like it had a lot of action so it seems like the want to show it off. Secondly, I didnt think that it was out yet (the players). Or were they talking about PS3?

Blu-ray comes out this month.  HD-DVD has been out since early May.

Anxious to see the comments from the nerd boards :ohnoes:  Guess you saw the first BR commercial, goes to show how much the BDA is marketing this thing ;|

T2, baby. It was the first DVD I bought, and will be the first Blu-Ray disc I buy.

If I get Blu-Ray, that is. Here\'s hoping it\'s the dominant format.

The Fifth Element is going to be on Blu-ray. I haven\'t bought it yet, so I might as well do it now. I love that movie. :) "Big bada boom"...

haha same here, that movie just rocks.  Another Bruce Willis film that has a cult following like Hudson Hawk, there\'s nothing else out there really like it. :thumb:
