It might be identified now.. I e-mailed the Skansen Aquaria and they replied that it might be a "large swedish house spider".. I did some searching and found out that these suckers are pretty rare and cause lots of hysteria when found because of their size, which is exactly what happened here.
The body size is about 2cm, while the width of the legs can get up to 6cm, so its pretty much spot on which the one I found.

Apparently they travel by TRAIN over the bridge and into the country. They have been found on the man made island by the bridge and later in Ystad.

För två år sedan upptäcktes spindeln i Danmark. I fjor hittade Lars Jonsson och ett tv-team från programmet Mitt i naturen ett 20-tal exemplar på den konstgjorda ön Pepparholm vid Öresundsbron.
