I know at least a couple of you post/lurk at the Ars forums.  I hate Jonathan - that whiny, spoiled, popmous little pussy.  "Which $1000/mo apartment should I live in while I\'m an undergrad?", "Not only am I extremely intelligent, but I look just like Colin Farrell", "What $2000 watch should I buy?  I\'m tired of my Tag".  Ughhhhh...HATE

Whew...

Why would you complain about him here, instead of over there?

Mostly because my post count is probably in the single digits, and I would look stupid insulting a regular poster when I am but a noob.  I\'ve known you guys a lot longer...it\'s like talking to your friends about the assholes you work with, ya know?

You don\'t want to know what the rent is for my apartment.  :(

However, I would never consider buying a watch that cost more than $150  :)

Not .... really.  I\'ve never considered doing that, although I suppose people do that.  You really shouldn\'t say something about people behind their back (whether online or in your life) that you can\'t say to their face.

I know that being low-post matters in a forum, but if you have valid issues to point out, it\'s likely others have thought the same thing, and will probably speak up (while others will, naturally flame away), so it\'ll work out and perhaps \'Jonathan\' will take a constructive post to heart and change his ways, or at least post a little differently.

The majority seem to like Breitling and Omega  ;)

And I agree with you somewhat, Mr. Xception, but I also believe people should be allowed to talk about whomever and whatever.  That applies to people talking about me, as well.  Plenty of people have already told Jonathan that he comes off as a douche.  I have no desire to point out any further douchery to him at this time.  In fact, he\'s probably quite satisfied with his perfect little life just the way it is.  I bet his penis is huge and his pubes are downy soft and his car gets better gas mileage than mine.

Well, I\'m sure if you call him a \'douche\' or in any way involve his penis, pubes, or  vehicle into a post about his habits then he\'ll dismiss the critisism outright.  If you constructively inform someone about an issue you have with them, in such a manner that they don\'t just dismiss your opinion, it will have an effect on their future behaviour, and whether small or large, that is a positive move.
