.... i welcome the critics tho...as those in the know will always say, well you could\'ve gotten this, or should\'ve gotten that,...which is cool cause i\'ll just take in that info and keep it for future reference...as it stands now, i\'ll just purchase those cables as recommended...

plasma, LCD, DLP, and CRT all have their ups and downs.

my old 36" sony CRT owned everything out there in picture quality, but alas, i wanted something bigger.

Compare an SXRD to any LCD and I think RP-naysayers will start changing their minds. 10k:1 CR + 1080p at ~$2000 is a steal

SRXD LCOS TV\'s are IMHO the best looking sets period. After that I would go with a Panasonic Plasma.

i have no idea what srxd is, but my neighbor just bought one....it was a sony....i saw the box being put out for garbage. and it looked like it was about 50 - 55 inches.
