DE are particularly usefull against zombies. I remember back in 1996, Jill Valentine pulled one out on some shuffling zombie. One Shot. Killed it...for the last time.

Yeah, I seriously wish I could\'ve been there.  She said he was just a skinny 16 yo kid... i\'m 6\'3 210 lbs...  I think I\'d be able to hold my own.. especially somebody threatening my wife and kids.  :fighting:

To my surprise my wife wasn\'t that upset by the whole thing, she said he was really nervous too.. that she saw him pacing around the parking lot and waiting until some other people had gotten into their cars and left the parking lot.  She normally would have left right away, but she was changing diapers for about 5 mins before she left.. if she didn\'t do that she wouldn\'t have had this happen to her.  

But it\'s not her fault some fuckhead was looking for an easy target.  The worst part is that after she had the kids in their seats, that\'s when he ran up to her.  He then jumped in the car (with keys in the ignition) looking around for money or anything valuable.  He saw her phone in the cupholder, yanked it and the charger and just casually walked away.  She said he had like a little pearing knife, but wasn\'t about to try anything to stop him (she\'s 5\'2, 100 lbs)

They ended up locking down 3 local schools too cause he ran off into the woods towards them.  And we have no idea if he\'s been arrested yet or not.

i think he said hold his own...meaning he\'d be able to whoop this guy\'s ass....the same thing happened to my neighbor about 5 yrs ago...except he was rob for his jewlry...he was doin\' thee exact same thing jbean\'s wifey was doin\'...he was puttin\' his two kids in the car, some guy came up to him, but at gunpoint, and demanded his jewlry...y\'know i think i\'d take a chance if a guy is tryin to rob me with a knife, but a gun? there\'s really nothin\' you can do about that...

and 16 yr old or not, i do believe i would be charged for child abuse...for crashin\' my fist straight through his grill...these kids know that they are doin\' wrong...i know my wife carries her social security and all kinds of personal s**t in her purse and somebody havin\' your social security number and all other kinds of s**t can really mess you up if they try to put somethin\' in your name or f**k with your credit....i hope they get this a**hole that did this to your family J. And when they bring his ass to court in cuffs, you need to hook off on him, to make him know how it feels to be to rob a helpless woman....maybe you\'ll be fined at the most, but it\'ll be worth it...

This happened outside of her work around 11 am this morning. They locked down 3 area elementry schools until they caught him, and now she has to go downtown and ID him in a lineup.

I can only assume yes.

no, they weren\'t able to pull any prints off the knife, and they never did catch him as far as we know.  They called later that day saying they thought they had him and Maria would have to come in to ID him in a lineup, but they never called.

Suffice to say, her boss escorts her to and from her car now, and is willing to buy her a new phone.

Oh, and not that it matters Gman... but yeah.

whelp jbean, just be glad the a**hole just got her cellphone...i just found out my sister  took her two sons skating this past weekend and i guess my nephew didn\'t lock the lockers where you keep your personal items, so somebody stole her pocket book, with everything in it....cellphone, checkbook,credit cards, corporate credit cards, car keys,license, house keys social security....and the a**holes  wasted no time in charging s**ty on her credit card...over 2000 on one card and over 1500 on the other one.....but the a**holes made one crucial mistake....

They went to an electronic store and purchased something to be delivered to an address in east orange,nj..... now mind you east orange in most places is just as bad as newark, nj....but my brother-law went to that address with a friend from east orange who just happens to work for the east orange police dept, but when they got there nobody was home....so they had to go thru the slow process of filing a police report and the whole nine,....i mean she has to change all of her locks for the car and her home, and change the code to her alarm system...all of that stuff was in her pocket book....

and the thing about it was that her pocket book was wrapped up in a coat in a locker,...they didn\'t take the coat, or even bother to take the money out that was in it, they just took the whole thing....i haven\'t called my sis yet, cause i know she must be feelin\' sick over this,...but i will call her in a few days to check up on her and see if she needs me to make a trip up north for anything....and needless to say, my nephew feels absolutely terrible about this whole situation....
