4-6 week turnaround time?  And you\'re still paying for a Live! subscription?  Oh, and you get different, older consoles, when they "repair" it?  What a collector\'s nightmare!

Same thing happened to me. Took them 3 weeks and I ended up getting a different, used XBOX.

I\'m on my third replaced console.

You actually get a month added to your Live account when you send in your 360.

But yea, it\'s good that they are starting to fix the console, but they are taking too long in doing so. Rushing into the market was both beneficial and problematic for them.

I\'m on my third 360 right now, but, with the fact that I was refunded over 15,000 msfun bux and they fixed the licensing DLC issues, I\'m fine with all that.

Mine has not died, but then again, I rarely play it anymore. On the other hand, my Microsoft Zune did die after just three months of use. I am having to wait on them to UPS me a box , so that I can send that back in for "repairs" (also known as , "replacement").  I find it very concerning that MS had these problems with the Xbox, the 360 and now, judging by the Zune forums, they are also having hardware quality issues with the Zune.
