Nah. The Giants gave the Pats all the wanted this last time. I still would preffered a Indy  / Packers game, but it didn\'t happen.  Go Giants!:thumb:

Pats-Packers would have been a better story.  However, get ready for an exciting game.  On that field, in that weather, New England will score early and often.  It\'ll be interesting to see if the Giants can keep pace.  I won\'t right them off, but I better not hear any trash talk from their fans.

i dont care not so much if its a good game..itd have to be a REALLY good game for me to get into..like down to the last second kind of win for the giants for me to care about it

Patriots annoy me and theres noone on the giants that i care about. i respect plax a lot but i still cant care if he wins or loses

I think a lot of the nation will have a built in rooting interest, since most people either hate the Pats, or want to see them make history.

But yeah, Giants in the Super Bowl.  Unbelievable!

I think they have the type of team that can match up well against the Pats with their defensive schemes and great pass rush.  Their defense completely dominated the Packers for almost the entire game yesterday.  So we\'ll see what happens.

I\'m glad the giants won, any team that beats mine I cheer for to win it all.

I said from the beginning, I think a rematch of the last game of the season should scare the Pats.

I like how much the Giants improved now that Eli does not need to put up with Shockey\'s big ego.  If I was them, I\'d look at how they are performing now and just drop his ass next chance. Honestly, last couple games, has anyone said, "sure would be nice to have Shockey now"? Yea, didn\'t think so.

I still give this win to the Pats tho\'. Something about the stars aligning and Satan himself handing the trophy over to the Pats.

thats a good point. I\'d trade him for a draft pick or something so they can get a DE to replace Strahan. I cant see how this season wouldnt make him want to play more but i doubt it

Considering Strahan had the 3rd most sacks of the DE\'s on the team this year, I\'d say that pick\'s better spent going for a linebacker or safety.

considering strahan keeps talking about wanting to retire, it could be soon enough to warrent trading shockey while his stock is still high and you can replace a top DE with a good replacement..

Picking up a DE would be a moot point with Tuck who is basically a DE and Kiuwanuka when he is healthy is a DE as well would be useless, they could easily afford to use it for a LB or a better piece in the secondary.

I\'d still rather see Cowboys/Pats....but whatev....the giants shut down the Packers in that 2nd half...they couldn\'t move the ball, and even got a couple of turnovers but couldn\'t capitalize on them...both teams played hard under brutal conditions,...congrats to tha gmen...i\'ll be rootin\' for them to take that undefated title away from the pats...
