I don\'t care at all about pro baseball.  I just keep an eye on it.  Went to a game a couple weeks ago.  It was before anyone knew they were good.  My boy is big into baseball and now football is starting so ya just end up keeping up with it.

That was a flat out, fall on your face choke through and through.

I\'m seriously questioning why I should bother being a fan of a team that has no chance of ever winning a championship.



I honestly think the pressure on Cubs players is so strong, that ANY good Cubs team will fail.


After 100 years, the pressure on this team this year was pretty impressive. And I know, they are pros and they make alot of money to play baseball.


But honestly, maybe the pressure for the Cubs to win a world series is so strong that any team that gets close is gonna just fall under the weight of it.




So whatever, needless to say, I\'m quite dissapointed.



At least it looks like The Bears got their shit together again.

I\'m glad the Yankee\'s got rid of him, because in the postseason, he seems to extend the strikezone he swings at by 3 feet off the plate and always takes a shit. I feel bad for the cubs though, they\'ve got a short window, but the thing is none of the NL teams really stick out as being better than one another as they all have some type of holes and no real strong pitching. The AL will sweep whoever is in the WS easily imo.

i used to love the cubs and hate cubs fans but now cubs fans are the least of my worries

Do you know what Cubs fans talk about?...I don\'t know enlighten us. I\'m sure Sox fans talk about it because it\'s an embarassment of biblical proportions.
