Brilliant! It\'s stupid funny! It\'s about a marijuana dealer and a buyer who end up being tracked down by their psychotic supplier!

The dialogue was interesting. The slap stick had me crackin up. It\'s like Cheech and Chong but funnier. :)

No romance was shoe horned into the script. Thank you.

The monkey is out of the bottle man. Pineapple Express rocked.

Took the gf to see it after about 10 min she turned to me and said \'I thought this movie was about a restaurant\'. She loved it tho.

*Minor Spoilers*
The opening scene with Bill Hader is hillarious, the random \'Fuck you!\' after the long pause had me rolling, and the army guy who came into his room to light his doobie in scuba gear was awesome. Also loved when Redd shot the black guy\'s foot off after he was already dead.

Very hillarious movie, always thought James Franco was kind of a nancy but I had only seen him in Spiderman and that dumb navy seal movie he made. I first started to think he was funny when I saw the skit of him getting fired from knocked up and this movie he manages to be even more hillarious than Seth Rogen which is very hard to do imo.

Also Amber Heard is smoking hot..

I saw this a few weeks ago at an early screening and remember laughing quite a bit. My girlfriend usually hates drug references but this movie managed to make her laugh anyway. It\'s pretty well written and sometimes gets an unexpected laugh when it goes for slapstick instead of taking itself too seriously.

went with a couple buddies and saw it last week... very funny.  I was sort of surprised by how gory it got there towards the end... and loved every second of it.

I loved almost all the scenes with Redd, that dude is funny.

Didn\'t find Pineapple Express all that funny, to be honest.  I won\'t ever bother watching it again, for sure.

Tropic Thunder on the other hand had excellent performances all around.

Tropic Thunder was excellent all around... until the end when Tom Cruise started dancing. Such a pointless scene. It was just there so people could say "look honey, that Tom Cruise dances just like normal people". If they wanted to shock people they should\'ve ended it with Tom Cruise\' character just whipping it out and starting to beat it. Now that would\'ve been a fucked up ending.

I am excited about Pineapple Express though, not sure about that guy from Spiderman though.

Tropic Thunder was pretty good.

Maybe the 3rd or 4th best film I\'ve seen in a theater this year.

Robert Downey Jr is fucking amazing.

As for Tom Cruise, had the cameo not been hyped, I guarantee you would of enjoyed it more. Then again, I enjoyed Cruises role. I mean, sure it was simple, but it\'s the best role Cruise has done since uhm, ....uhm, Born on the 4th of July?

I think your exactly right, if it had not been hyped to hell and back about how funny it is I would have enjoyed it more.
