Before Palin was on the ticket, hell, even Hillary Clinton complained about it:

Obama gets all the press.

Just the facts.

As to why....well....he\'s the right complexion. ;)

thankfully the media doesn\'t reflect the actual state of the US election as indicated by the gallup polls...

which coincidentally when Obama is/was leading in the gallup poll everyone seemed to portray it as an accurate reflection and posted it all over the media, now that McCain is leading in the polls (as of yesterday i believe), it\'s considered irrellevant and meaningless and no media outlet is mentioning it.

Again, not a huge McCain fan here, but i cant stand the media darling that is Obama.

BTW: to see the gallup poll, just go to http://www.gallup.com i believe

Or you could go to http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/us/general_election_mccain_vs_obama-225.html

Gives an average of all of them.

Why is Palin\'s peoples tryin\' to block an investigation, thaty both democrats & republicans agreed to?....if she has nothing to hide or hasn\'t done anything wrong, then she should have nothing to worry about,..yet they are trying to delay the investigation until after the election...

and everyone on the democratic side is squeaky clean right?

I\'m sure if the republicans launched an investigation they could find something, I don\'t think they\'d stoop that low though.

It is a witch hunt.  There is no need for an investigation.  The email records show that the Director of Public Safety was approving funds he had no authorization to do.  He was basically going around the governor and that is why he was asked to resign.

The Dims wish this were something, unfortunately for them, it isn\'t.

I\'m going to start keeping a list of news sources that are NOT "liberal biased" (according to you) and are OK to use to back up arguments in this forum.  The Boston Herald goes on the list.

I would say that 80% of the media has a liberal bias, at least.

I love how digg and reddit fill up with articles from the huffington post and people expect readers to take them seriously, and then in turn criticize fox news for having a conservative bias.

Bunch of cherry pickers if you ask me.

Actually I would say this forum is pretty fair.  Got people on both sides, people in the middle (or different from trad lib/con views like me), and people who just don\'t care.

Not sayin\' they are, but if this chic has nothing to hide she should cooperate like she initially planned to,..the democrats cannot create something that isn\'t there...and if you recall the republicans were tryin\' to impeach clinton, back in tha day for gettin his knob waxed. that was low...why?...cause clinton gettin\' his freak on has nothing to do with him running the country.

Palin possibly firing this dude because he indirectly didn\'t fire that trooper because of personal issues she has with him? If that tends to be true, it\'ll result in an abuse of power, and severly questions her judgement, and her lack of seperating political issues from personal issues.

Once again - Palin fired the guy for trying to go around her to get funding.  That is not his job.  It is insubordination.  The Dems are grasping at straws - there is nothing to be found here, though they desperately want there to be.

As far as impeaching Clinton - it wasn\'t for adultery.  It was for perjury before a grand jury, where he lied to them about not having an affair with her.  That is a felony.  You should really look at the Constitution for once clips.  I don\'t agree that the adultery was grounds for impeachment, but lying to a grand jury is.  If Clinton would have just owned up to it, in my opinion - it would have ended there.

Ok,..well why is she blocking the investigation?...let it go thru as planned by BOTH republicans & democrats,...if she\'s done nothing wrong, then that\'ll be the end of that...

Ok...i misunderstood that small detail...and yes i do remember when clinton was sayin\' that in a sense that gettin\' a blow job does not qualify as sex...:p...i thought he was digging himself deeper & deeper with those comments....but it was still silly..so he lied about havin\' sex with some chickenhead,....that\'s nowhere near as bad as lying about intelligence and pushing your agenda to go to war...*bush*...there are some that want to impeach bush for getting us involved in an unjust war(iraq)....and while i do think bush used his authority recklessly,..i think impeaching him is just waay over the top....but thanks for the clarification.

Thank god nobody fabricates stories in politics!  Everything reported is the truth!

clips...Clinton wasn\'t impeached for the blowjob.

He was impeached for lying under oath. You could have given him knob all day and if he lies about it under oath, he\'ll get in trouble for it. Not you shocking on his knob but for lying.
