clips,

Don\'t take this too personal, but from the way you write you seem very uneducated.  How old are you?  Whenever you get pressed with an issue, your common response is something along the lines of, "I don\'t know, but what I do know is that Obama is the greatest thing since sliced."  Great, I know your an Obama supporter, tell me something I don\'t know.  I don\'t say this to you to make you feel bad, I say this because if you ever want to sound credible and persuasive you have to know what\'s going on in the world.  You don\'t have to be an expert, but when someone asks you about something you don\'t know, research it, form an opinion, and fight back with facts.  Blind faith will get you no-where.  Your arguments are very circular, and often I find myself repeating things to you.

As much as I can\'t stand the NeoCon platform, i\'ve come to the conclusion that liberalism, in the words of Michael Savage, is a mental disorder.  I like that you take an interest in politics, I just wish you had more substance.

Well how can i agrue with this?...:p... Look i\'m not claiming to come in here and know everything about politics, what my arguments stem from is basic common sense,..i don\'t play the political card that drives these polticians and laws...i look at situations from a "normal guy" perspective....not from the political mumbo jumbo that is politics....like with the palin situatuion?...this isn\'t the national enquirer where you know that paper has lies, this is a just simple investigation that you and giga keep saying that nothing is there,..ok if nothing is there then there should be no problem...see simple?

But i admit and i\'ve stated before that i\'m not that knowledgable with the constitution or the legislative and executive branches of the gov\'t....and i\'m ok with that... when i argue with folks in here part of it is entertainment, but if i could walk away knowing something new that\'s always a plus,..people go to leaps and bounds to prove they are not wrong about anything,..if i say something and it tends to be wrong, i have no problem stating i was wrong,..it\'s just the internet....

You don\'t want Palin as VP because she\'s unqualified, and yet you\'re ready to put someone even less qualified as President?  What kind of executive positions has Obama held?  For that matter what executive positions has anyone on that ticket held?  Just because you can run a presidential campaign doesn\'t make you fit to be president.

Learn some damn English and start forming cohesive sentences.  Your writing is giving me a headache.

See you didn\'t have to go and say that did you?...learn some english?..i see nothing wrong with what i wrote up top, so stop being petty. First of all 18 million folks voted for Obama so the experience argument is irrelevant....nobody voted for Palin....she was picked only to counter Hillarys women voters,..that is not a sign of leadership on the part of McCain. Obama could\'ve picked Hillary easily, but he picked somebody that complimented him with experience.

My advice to you clips,

Read the constitution.  It is a blessed and wonderful article that our government seems to piss on at every opportunity.  Electing Obama will essentially be like pouring gasoline on it and lighting a match.  The constitution granted us rights... and as we progress through time, those rights keep getting taken away by democrats and neocons.

I was so disappointed when Ron Paul did not win the Republican nomination, because it further proved that the conservative movement in America is dead.  What we\'ve become left with is the neoconservative (incase you don\'t know what neocon stood for clips) platform that dishes out pro-war propaganda (messages sent to sway opinion rather than state a fact).

When you see me getting frustrated with you it\'s because your exactly the kind of person that Obama is after... uneducated, again, not a shot at you, just the current state of affairs in America.  I\'ll say this, he has great ideas, but he can\'t fund them without hurting the tax payers and he can\'t achieve them without taking away the rights of citizens.  His ideas are like a balloon, they are mostly air.

Liberals are destroying this country.  They want things at the expense of others.  The government already takes a third of my paycheck, with Obama, I\'ll be lucky if I take home half.  But who cares about hard working Americans, as long as we give money to those who didn\'t earn it.  Tell me where in the constitution it says the hard working shall give money to the poor because of their lack of success in life.  Who\'s fault is it anyway?

Read the constitution.  Freshen up on Obama\'s policies, and you\'ll see how crooked the man really is behind that angelic image.

I wanted you to read mostly the part about grand jury\'s and indictments...  she has not been indicted yet... you might want to look up indictment.

Did McCain tell you that?  I mean how else could you be 100% sure that it was true?  You state your opinions like they\'re facts.

This is what i mean about bein\' petty..... in explaining why i think she should let the investigation fall thru, this is what you get out of it.

Yes she hasn\'t been indicted....but it\'s just not democrats that want this investigation, there\'s a few republicans that still want it as well....but yes she can do what she pleases....but i still stand by how i felt initially....so we\'re at a standstill in this story....i agree that we respectively disagree with each-other.

It\'s pretty obvious why he picked her, and you call me naive?

Meh,...there\'s alot of assumptions going on in that article,...and i see nothing wrong with him wanting to instill the attributes of malcom x, martin luther king jr. and nelson mandela within himself....the 1960\'s was a tough time for black folks and the civil rights movement....and the culture of that time may have given a young Obama some extreme ideas, but that is certaintly not the case now.

90 - 95% of middle income families will recieve a tax cut under his plan,..do you make over $250,000?....i don\'t consider myself to be poor, but i\'am certaintly not making $250,000 at this stage in my life. He\'s actually giving money back to the hard working people you\'re talking about,...the middle class.

So libertarians are biased now too, or is it just anyone who isn\'t a democrat?  Log on to reddit/digg, most biased communities on the internet... and yet I visit them every day for the non-political articles, after filtering through the crap.

Everytime anyone posts a link about Palin, Giga and Gman respond with how that link is biased. So, I\'m just returning the favor.

You\'re crappy posts give me headache.

Malcom X was just the opposite of martin luther king in a sense...he wanted equal rights for black folks as well, but he felt that black folks should take to arms and defend themselves against those white folks that wanted to do harm to them, while martin luther king preached peace even inthe face of violence.....

I think very early on in his teachings he felt some extreme anger towards white folks and wanted nothing to do with them...and this was the the sixties so i can see why most white folk hated a black person of his nature that wasn\'t going to take no s**t from them. But as he broke away from the teachings of elijah muhamed(spel)...he softened his stance towards white folks but was still skeptical of them....towards the end of his life, he was actually talking more like martin luther king...in the sense that black & whites should exist together peacefully.

I can\'t really blame some white folks for feeling that way tho, especially back then, since most white folks and blacks accepted the culture as "natural" back then....blacks sitting in the back of the bus was normal,..seperate bathrooms for whites and blacks was normal,...water fountains etc....i even asked my parents about how they managed to live through those times, and they would simply answer.."that is just how it was back then"...."they even told me that you had to be in the house after dark cause you could actually end up bein\' beaten badly or possibly lyched by white folks back then"....even white folks that wasn\'t racist just thought that this situation was natural in the way that blacks and whites engaged each-other.

It wasn\'t until the civil rights movement until some white folks started to take notice that the treatment of blacks was unfair....so i don\'t see how whites as you described could be upset with malcom x, when they in fact created this whole segregated culture back then.

yea, giga doesn\'t talk for most white people, haha

malcom x\'s ideas included violence, but i understand why he would feel like that was the answer after riots like the one during the MLK walk across that one bridge..cant remember where it was but it was f-ed up. If i was part of group getting beaten like they were, my first reaction would be violence and not peace

i mean, it\'s bad for citizens to treat eachother poorly because of race, but when it\'s law enforcement at the scale it used to be, it\'s that much more messed up and violent
