Both teams that had a bye really weren\'t all that great to begin with ;). Panthers never really seemed like a great team, and hell they got beat by a Cardinals team sans Boldin... Titans lost the game due to bad turnovers in the red zone, you can not turn over the ball 2 times in the red zone and expect to actually win. Flacco didn\'t do anything to win the game but he also didn\'t lose the game, the Ravens defense proved again that they are the reason that team wins.

panthers were good man. deangelo williams and stewert are one of the best combos in the league, especially late in the season. muhammed turned back into the reliable WR he was before he went to chicago and steve smith is steve smith..and the D is good. they lost the game because delhomme played horribly

titans are overrated but still pretty good. they wouldve beat a good ravens team if they didnt fumble the ball 3 times in scoring position, 2 that probably couldve been TD\'s..at least i think collins fumbled a snap in FG range.

but yea..cardinals should get destroyed in the nfc championship

Dont hate.

Even if they do lose next week, they have been playing very respectable football for a few years now.

My friends used to laugh at me when  I picked them in Madden 05.

I knew then they were going to  be contenders soon.

Plus they are due. They have won 2 playoff games in 88 years and 2 this year. Last time they saw playoffs was when they were still in Chicago I think...lol

doesnt hurt their division is worse than the afc wes...dont feel like finishing that sentence

they shouldve made it when they had edge the first 2 years, and they disappointed up until now. so..you couldnt have seen them getting to the afc championship this year. its not like they just got boldin and fitz

edit: their defense is why they finally started winning..that cromartie guy is the shit. and rolle isnt a bust anymore

Yes, Arizona has a lot of talent offensively, but the mailed it in sometime in November.  I guess this is them playing like it matters again.  I just think its a matter of time before the they revert back to the Cardinals we have all come to know.  I would say there\'s no chance they beat the Giants in Giants stadium, but they just beat a team that was undefeated at home.

This is why I love football though.  Anything can happen.

Why Fitz wasn\'t triple or quadruple covered is beyond me to begin with. Carolina was alright, but they never really seemed destined for the Super Bowl to me at any time during the season.

i was talking about the super bowl on the bottom of page 13. going off the regular season the super bowl would be ravens vs panthers or giants and got my ands and or\'s mixed up in the process. sue me

edit: maybe i did have a brain fart re-reading the post..still..you\'re a queef. i was just pointing out that teams that are hot during the regular season that arent known as a playoff team usually bust in the playoffs, and the ravens should\'ve lost (but they coincidentally beat another one of those kinds of teams making too many mistakes) and the panthers played like shit..
