Y\'know i don\'t really watch the ufc type sports, but from time to time i keep hearin\' about this guy, and he got that ass whooped...i think half his game is mental, cause he didn\'t even tap the other fighters hand as a show of respect....dude was totally embarrassed...and he was originally supposed to fight ken shamrock....

To be fair, they stated kimbo had no time to study this guy or to prep for him, but still, the shot he took on the chin, didn\'t even look that hard, i mean he wasn\'t even leaning with the punch, it was more of "stay back" type of punch,..anyway i haven\'t seen kimbo\'s other fights but people were hyping him up like he\'s a destroyer...idk, to me at least in this vid, he\'s overrated...

Kimbo got big from street fight videos on youtube.  UFC, and the others, saw how popular he was and got him on.  He has no real skill and it\'s long been known that he\'d get his ass handed to him by anyone good.  Real shame that they market him as opposed to their quality fighters

I made 100 bucks betting on the other dude who was suppose to fight him. Soon as I heard he was a former UFC fighter then it was easy money.

Blame EliteXC, because every MMA fan knew what a joke he was.

Kimbo is a joke. For the past year he has had nobodies hand picked to fight him to pad his win record. Seth Petruzelli was supposed to be just another easy win for Kimbo. Remember Kimbo was originally supposed to fight Ken Shamrock, a guy who hasn\'t won a fight in 4 years. Then he got hurt and they got someone last noticed whom they assumed Kimbo would just walk over.

Out of all of Kimbos fights, this was the first time IMO he faced someone with REAL skill for once. As Jumpman and Bozco said, fight fans knew the inevitable was going to happen sooner or later.

He\'s just Xc\'s only viable marketing machine besides Gina Carano, who is super hot and legitamately entertaining. They\'ll probably resort to throwing more no names or washed up guys at him to produce some kind of revenue. Dunno how much longer their organization will last though since everyone but UFC is losing money practically.

I have no feelings towards Kimbo whatever. My hatred lies with the douches in charge of EliteXC.

He is a brawler and not a fighter, I thought most knew that. He just started grappling and ground work training a few months ago.

Yeah, I mean, I don\'t claim to know anything about fighting or technique or anything like that, but looking at this clip it looks like he was just leaning towards him, hands down literally sticking his face right at the other guy.

Wouldn\'t any halfway decent fighter just pop him right in the jaw every time?
