Case and point, racism works both ways.
\"In the last 12 months 100,000 private sector jobs have been lost and yet you\'ve created 30,000 public sector jobs. Prime Minister, you cannot carry on forever squeezing the productive bit of the economy in order to fund an unprecidented engorgement of the unproductive bit. You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt.\" - Daniel Hannan

Better link...

According to clips this just isn\'t possible.  Or he will say this is only a handful of people who do not represent the majority.

The second link doesn\'t work for me,..well at least the vids won\'t work, and youtube is blocked at work, so there goes that,... but the folks in that first clip don\'t have a clue....and the Palin question is a bit misleading, people could\'ve taken that as the person was asking them if Obama had picked palin, would you have a problem with it? So people naturally said no...

This is far from those white folks who openly let their racist views be known with no shame in sight...and these people never called McCain a racist or any other derogatory names,...i still feel a comparison really can\'t be made in terms of race between blacks and whites...why?...cause i have not seen blacks openly discriminate against another white candidate when there were all white candidates... it does not make a difference with us what color the candidate is....that\'s the difference.... sure there are black racists,....but everything is okay and kum-by-yah as long as white candidates are at the helm, but low and behold a black presidential nominee hits the scene and all of the racist pricks at McCain & Palin rallys has something to say...

And before people go ballistic, i\'am not calling all white folks racists,....just calling it how i see it.

I\'m calling it how I see it, and voting for someone because of skin color (as evidenced in the sound clips/video) is just as racist.

There\'s alot of levels factoring into to this....1st of all it\'ll be a historic event if it happens, and tru enough some folks are voting for him because he\'s black, but when you see vids of white folks openly sprouting racist rhetoric about Obama, most black folks and other ethnic groups that are not racist (white/ asian etc...) are inspired to vote in this manner, just to prove that these ignorant people are insignificant,... granted if the guy isn\'t a total nut, and Obama as most polls state,..is a pretty level headed guy that people apparently trust.

Another factor is that black folks feel there won\'t be another credible candidate coming down the line for a while, so i think that is also a factor, not so much as hatred or racism against MCCain it\'s just that some folks feel if they don\'t vote for him, some feel they won\'t see a black prez in their lifetime, and as Core stated, if he becomes prez it won\'t be such a big deal next time if another Afri. American becomes prez or at the very least a nominee....sadly this just goes to show that america still has a long way to go as far as race relations is concerned.

Still...you have not seen black folks protest in the way those ignorant folks have at rally\'s or at other white candidates rally\'s,...all i\'m saying is when there\'s a possibility of an afri. american becoming prez, all of a sudden these a**holes have an issue with it...i\'m glad to see all walks of life support Obama for prez(white/black/asian)....we still have some ways to go as a country but this is the first step in showing those idiots that we are not going to turn the clock back on racism.

What?  Most groups that aren\'t racist?  You should check your wording on that.

That\'s called racism.

If you really wanted to stop the racism you wouldn\'t talk this bullshit of blacks voting for him because they want to see history.

clips, regardless of how you slice it, and no matter the circumstances, when you vote for someone because of skin color ignoring their policies, its racism.

Sigh...i meant to say that people that are not racist whether they be black/white asian etc...as a result when they hear those hateful speeches, it will cause these types of folks to vote together just to show that they are not going to tolerate it.

It is sad isn\'t it? Absolutely shameful that some black folks feel that they have to vote this way for fear that they might not see another event like this happen in their lifetime. Y\'know if we didn\'t have those racist pricks that we\'ve seen at McCains rally\'s and if race relations was better than what is is today, then we wouldn\'t have to be to so amped about this being a historic event. Years from now hopefully any afri. american running for the presidency won\'t be a big issue.

I\'m voting for Obama because i like what he stands for and his policies,...am i a bit excited that he could be the 1st black prez? sure....and watching those ignorant fools commit suicide when they find out he becomes prez will be my satisfaction.

You really think that\'s racism?....last election i could have easily voted for sharpton or that other afri american woman,...but i didn\'t and neither did alot of afri. americans... most of them put their support behind kerry,..myself...i supported bush...see how that works?....so yes most blacks are supporting Obama, but there obviously is a bit more to the man than the color of his skin...he may be new and he\'s afri american, but alot of people have looked past his color and realize that he has some solid plans for the country....and that is how it should be.

I thought Stern said he was never going to vote for Democrat again after their opposition to the XM Sirius merger.
