A Poem for the Holidays
« on: October 28, 2008, 03:03:42 PM »
(A take off on " The Night Before Christmas ")

\'Twas the night before elections
And all through the town
Tempers were flaring
Emotions all up and down!

I, in my bathrobe
With a cat in my lap,
Had cut off the TV
Tired of political crap.

When all of a sudden
There arose such a noise,
I peered out of my window;
Saw Obama and his boys

They had come for my wallet,
They wanted my pay,
To give to the others
Who worked not a day!

He snatched up my money
And quick as a wink
Jumped back on his bandwagon
As I gagged from the stink.

He then rallied his henchmen
Who were pulling his cart.
I could tell they were out
To tear my country apart!

" On Fannie, on Freddie,
On Biden and Ayers!
On Acorn, On Pelosi"
He screamed at the pairs!"

They took off for his cause
And as he flew out of sight
I heard him laugh at the nation
Who wouldn\'t stand up and fight!

So I leave you to think
On this one final note-
IF YOU DONT WANT SOCIALISM
GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!
\"In the last 12 months 100,000 private sector jobs have been lost and yet you\'ve created 30,000 public sector jobs. Prime Minister, you cannot carry on forever squeezing the productive bit of the economy in order to fund an unprecidented engorgement of the unproductive bit. You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt.\" - Daniel Hannan

A vote for McCain is a vote against that ass.

Oh...

Sorry you don\'t understand Billy.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

I get it, a poem against higher taxes.

Seriously, it\'s a lot of fuss over some higher taxes. What\'s the expression? Suck it?

If you make a lot of money, we want your taxes raised. And watch out because there may be a lot of us at the polls, so be prepared to get out the check book.
\"What are you supposed to be, a clown or something?\"
\"Sometimes.\"
