Oh yeah the Bulls will definitely make the playoffs next year. Forgot about them.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

Kobe can thank Shaq for 3 of his rings.  Those were Shaq\'s teams, at a time when Shaq was easily twice the player Kobe was.

You can easily argue Wade\'s a comparable player.

And all LeBron showed is he can\'t do it himself.  LeBron is clearly the better player right now.

And comparing Kobe to Jordan?  Please.  That\'s just laughable.

What games have you been watching that last ten seasons. I will give it too shaq was a good player but shaq could not win nothing by himself. Nobody calls shaq one the greatest ever. He is def one of the greatest big man to ever play but Kobe is considered one the greatest to ever play the game. Now if you don\'t want to admit that then thats on you. Everyone has their prejudice in sports. Buts its plain wrong to talk as though this man has not did thing in this game that are just great. Bird or magic did not have the range and game this man has.

All are good players but realisticly they don\'t have his skill. All good players in their time. Too say he is MJ that is a lot but damn he is the closes thing to MJ the NBA. Lebron has to catch up. Win and then lets start comparing the two.

My God.

Anyway... Bird didn\'t have the range Kobe has?

Also, did you know Shaq is currently fifth on the all-time scoring list?

Shaq for Ben Wallace, Sasha Pavlovic, 46th Pick, & $500K.   Awaiting league approval.  http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4285489

This is a good deal for the Suns (financially).  :)

Steve Kerr has destroyed that franchise... I don\'t know what he was thinking bringing Shaq in. He should have kept D\'Antoni, too.

A change of some kind was required.  I don\'t blame Kerr for agreeing to acquire Shaq.  (Kerr was against it, and D\'Antoni was for it).  Also don\'t blame Kerr for leaning on D\'Antoni and asking him to use his bench more and emphasize defense.  That was what led to D\'Antoni quitting.

I DO blame Kerr for hiring that idiot Terry Porter as head coach.  He should have hired from within and promoted Alvin Gentry in the first place.  We\'ve seen clearly that Gentry\'s methods and the level of trust he has developed with the players produced an environment AS GOOD or BETTER than D\'Antoni\'s tenure.

Shaq was an experiment.  We all knew he was not a long term solution, but rather a short term experiment.  The experiment paid off to a degree, but not as much as everyone hoped.  Now it\'s time to move on and try something different.
