What are you getting for Christmas?

I\'m just gonna get a big pile of Dung for Christmas. Why u ask? Well quite frankly it\'s because I got my way and bought a PS2 and my little lady ain\'t getting me anything else.

Let me explain something to you.
I am not Mr. Lebowski. You\'re Mr. Lebowski.
I\'m the Dude. So, that\'s what you call me.
You know, that, or his dudeness, or duder,
or el duderino,
if you\'re not into the whole brevity thing.

Here in Norway it\'s cold like hell. I paid for my PS2 myself. Getting games via my websites, but that doesn\'t matter, now Smuggler\'s Run is a good game i think. A 82%er

I live in Washington the rest of my family live in Buffalo New York, so every other year I go home for Christmas, this year we\'re staying home so were wpending money on ourselves.

SO I\'m getting or got already

Surround Sound System
Sattelite Receiver with Dolby Digital fibre optic out
2 new Grateful Dead T-Shirts and 1 led Zeppelin T-Shirt
Armored Core 2
plus some mystery gifts from my family

My Wife gets
$800 diamond Tennis Bracelet (I\'m getting laid for sure)
Bob Dylan and a Wallflowers CD (I might add a Kinks CD as well)
A VCR for tape dubbing
A video capture card (kinda for the both of us though)

My Step-son is getting
A PS2
I-Link cable to connect to my PS2
Armored Core 2a
PS2 memory card
The new SPyro game on PSX
one of those scooters all the kids got
A nice Eagle embroidered Jacket

I kind of over shot my budget but I have suffered for the last 3 Christmases paying off back debts, were treating ourselves this year and its going to be a great Christmas at my house

I.S 400 link cable or better known as Firewire IEEE-1394

Its an cable capable of 400mbps of dat transfer. It can be used for many electronic devices like Digital camcorders etc...

but in my case its for connectiong 2 Playstation 2\'s together so me and my step-son can play Armored Core2 on 2 different TV\'s avoiding the splitscreen mode.

thats so cool.  I would love to have someone around where i live have a PS2 so we could do that.  but no one i know has a playstation 2. everyone thought i was crazy spending $300 but it was well worth it. my friends are all waiting for game cube. but i told them that it was mostly gonna be based on games for younger kids so that they can monopolize that age group and more parents will buy games because "they arent violent."  who wants to play  non violent game. i mean it is everywhere, news movies cartoons.i mean look at pokemon they are always fighting but it is not a bg deal because it is a cartoon. ohh i went off in the wrong direction...
