unequivocal? i even state that diet is about how easily the stool will pass. I said metabolism dictates how often. I even said later they both play a part in each other.
Let me explain this to you a little easier.
diet = stool softness = passes easier, your not constipated etc
metabolism = how quickly said stool will be made by the body when food is being processed.
Metabolism = faster turd output.
Diet = easier to pass.
They go hand in hand, i simply stated that metabolism plays the biggest role.
I really don't understand what's not to get. Unless your totally constipated which wouldn't be all of the time.
I'll say it again, ask fat mates how often they shit. Ask thin ones too. Do a average and get back to me.
As for learning how to increase metabolism, i guess i thought just like your original post. Paul will figure that out for himself. You stated that he'll have to change his fiber intake. So i guess that's totally unequivocal, he'll have to do nothing else, [exercise] since you didn't outline a entire diet / exercise plan for him or even mention the fact exercise plays a role.
