I'm sitting i n a bar waiting for my buddy to finish a game of pool. Inspired to ask this question. What's your favorite beer?

I've been loving most beer from this New Jersey brewery called Carton. I'm mostly an IPA drinker but even styles I don't like such as porters from them I like.

what is ipa if you don't mind me asking?  fortunately i don't drink, i think that is a good thing for me.  i am dumb on many things, but one of the good things about me is that i don't drink.  thanks god for that.

IPA stands for India pale ale. Its a style of beer that's brewed with more hops than other styles that gives it a more bitter or hoppier flavor. You kind of need a taste for bold flavors to enjoy them. Though at the present moment I'm drinking a Yeungling lager which is a well known brand but only really available on the east coast. Sooooo good.
