The question is too specific; I prefer to set a basic criteria. Food: 1)must burn the living hell out of my mouth (except breakfast, well, most of the time), 2) contain a minimum of 2 cloves of garlic, 3) must not resemble animal dung. Drink: most beverages aged in oak casks. Now this is only a basic criteria, and by no means exclusive to my decision making. And no, for those of you curious enough to ask, I don\'t like extra-hot, garlic infused donkey colon, with carefully aged monkey spit. You get the idea.
