Happy Birthday cloud345
« on: Yesterday at 08:36:32 PM »

:hb: Happy Birthday cloud345. :hb:

on the 2nd song, i just first heard of this song several months on youtube.  probably an old song that was probably first written and released maybe 2007 but i didn't hear it until several months ago.  the 3 singers singing this song have limited vocal range i believe so the singing isn't as good as it could have been.  overall, it makes the song kind of good.  i think their type of voices need much wider ranges to make it sound good to very good and potentially great if they have a great tone of voice which i think the girl in the middle tone is just like average to me.

today, i wasn't able to sleep until 4 something a.m. and didn't get up until 10 something a.m. for restroom break and went back to bed, half asleep, half awake for like 2 hours before i woke up for good.  in those 2 hours, i did get like maybe 30 minutes of sleep there.  so in total, i think i got like 7ish hours of sleep today which is not bad.  i need another 1 hour-ish to be fully rested today.

went to the park in the early afternoon and practice martial arts move #1 there.  on the first set, i couldn't do as good i think because i need more practice and the first one on the first set while jumping moving my left leg, the left side of my right knee hurts a little.  i suspect must have been because i tilted my head to left side which strained my right knee when i jump and move my left leg.  i think i need to try to center my head or let it tilt to the right side to get rid of the pain.  on a few sets, the right side of my left knee hurt after i jumped and landed on my left foot which made me suspect that probably i let my head tilted to the right side that cause that.  so maybe its best to keep my head center but its kind of hard to center it with the compass and balance on the left side of my head is broken.

anyway, the great news is, i did okay on the 2nd and 3rd set.  After the 3rd set, from set 4 to set 11, i did kind of good to good there most of the time which boosted my self esteem seeing i didn't do that good the day prior which makes me hopeful.  hopefully i get enough or more than enough sleep tonight so i can practice it again at the park in the early afternoon tomorrow.

so cloud345, what did you do and get on your birthday?  how are you btw?
