Happy Birthday Lord Nicon.
today, i probably got slightly more than enough sleep. i didn't sleep until around 1 something to 2ish a.m. and didn't wake up until around 11:23 a.m. so i probably got about 9 hours something of sleep which is very nice. but combined with yesterday, i am not sure if it's enough to make up for yesterday of 1 to 1-ish hour short of sleep. i still feel a bit tired but not much though. can't complain. i am quite happy.
when i went to the park to practice martial arts move #1 this early afternoon. on set 1 and first one, the left side of my right knee still hurt a little though when i practiced it. after that, 2nd and 3rd one doesn't that much or at all. i wasn't able to jump as high on set 1. on set 2 to set 7, i did better but still couldn't jump as high which made me a little down and worried that i probably need to practice some more maybe like a few more months or so of practice until i did set 8 and i was able to jump a little bit to a little higher. so from set 8 to set 11, i was able to jumped a little bit to little higher in those 4 sets which makes me happy. especially set 11 where i jumped a little higher there on 3 of those times on set 11 that means i have improve. i am very happy. can't wait to practice it again tomorrow.
hopefully i get enough sleep tonight again or even better more than enough sleep to make up for 2 days ago where i am still like 1 hour-ish short of sleep there so i can practice martial arts again at the park tomorrow.
on the 2nd music video, i think the aspect ratio is wrong. maybe they cropped and stretched the original 4:3 aspect ratio video to 16:9 which can be overlooked. on stats, its said the framerate is 25 or 50i there, which means they edited the 60i video into 50i there when they transferred to youtube which is unacceptable. but its hard to tell that the motion isn't as smooth as 60i when watching it though.
