Are suppose to deliver some great and fantastic ads.  Some people said that, CBS have got some ads, from both Sony, Sega, Nintendo, and Microsoft.  We know how much Super Bowl Ads cost.

Sony probaly spent 112 million dollars worth, to show off there March 2001 lineup.

Nintendo probaly spent 102 million dollars worth, to show off there N64 and probaly gamecube

Sega propaly spent the most out of anyone.

Microsoft spent probaly 119 million worth...

Watch out during superbowl your eyes are going to see some good ads this year.

Sony has already started

PlayStation 2 Plays Roll In Super Bowl
Date: 12/01/2000

CBS is the network broadcasting the Super Bowl this year, and it won\'t let this opportunity go to waste. All throughout the weekend of the big game, January 27 and 28, CBS will be cramming football down our eagerly ajar throats.

The PlayStation 2 will even get into the act, teaming with Dan Dierdorf (not to be confused with Duff Bowl superstar Dan Beerdorf) to bring the coach\'s chalkboard into a virtual realm. Dan and his colleagues will analyze play with the PS2 technology, making the telestrator all but obsolete.

I think SEGA probably paid the least. They do not have enough money to throw around like that. Especially not $120 million.

FOOTBALL and Video Games - It doesn\'t get better than that.....well actually throw in a couple of naked cheerleaders/go-go dancers and a Tailgate party BBQ and I am in heaven.

I think 30 seconds goes for about 2 or three million. So you are saying that all of them will have 30 or so 30 second ads? I don\'t think so.

SEGA might not have the money to throw around like that, but the company that owns Sega, (Arrgh, forget the name) has more than enough to pay for ads. They are behind the DC 110%. I wouldnt be surprized if Sega has the most expen$ive commercial.

Really, where are you drawing these mystical numbers from there bud?

Sega will prbably spend just as much, if not more than Microsoft and Nintendo, because they have nothing to lose by not advertising on Super Bowl, their launches are so far away, it doesnt matter.

Sony will probably spend more than Sega, but I doubt by very much. In all likeliness, the most each company will spend advertising their games will be for at most 3 commercials.

NOBODY has ever spent 115 million on Super Bowl ads. That would be retarded. That is 15-20 minutes of commercials. Think about it. It\'s not going to happen.

Which would mean that they\'ll show 115 ads during a three hour period.....I doubt it...

I\'m more curious to see how MS will advirtise the Xbox . Nintendo will probally focus on N64 ads, as they aren\'t one to build up hype.

Sony will focus on the March lineup.

Sega..Sega ads just kicks ass in general.

I may watch the superbowl just for the ads.
