ok I beat that game in 42 hours, and I must say it is the best FF I have ever played because i doesn\'t get boring at all, not like FF8 which was like 79 hours, this one i short and  sweet but not too short, 100/100 on my scale

Wow @ires, I gotta say that\'s pretty quick :)

Tifa. Oh yes, she\'s beautiful. With her big "things". Wouldn\'t we all like to see her build up from 5000 sil.. I mean polygons :)

Well, I\'m not going to cancel my reserve. "It\'s better than FFVII" is all evidence I need ;)

I have just pre-ordered FFIX for the UK PS2 and i was wondering
1)How many discs r there?
2)Is it hard?
3)How many hours of gameplay will i get out of it?
4)Is it really worth £35?

I haven\'t beaten the game(although I could), because I am going after ozma first(i need help BTW), I beat Hades(the other extra boss) and am working on Ozma!  He is nearly impossible, Most of my people are between 50-60 level wise.  Zidane has the Ultima Weapon, and everyone else has their second best weapon.  I love all three, but FF9 must be the most addicting.

thanks for the positive feedback :)

I won\'t cancel the reservation. Because I loved FFVII and if this is better...

I\'m going to spend some time into the game. I\'m quite expert but I\'m going to play that card-game and fight monsters etc.

one more question.

Wich card-game is better? the one in FFVIII or the one in FFVIX?

i would have to say the one in FFVIII it had more depth than this one

And in FFIX it isn\'t as rewarding either - but don\'t get me wrong it is still a fun extra

no by saying extra i meantas in mini game - not like a secret or anything

and to answer your questoin - things only get better with time and FFIX contains more FMVs and they all look better than the ones from IX

sqaure only knows how to get better with their FMVs

Yeah, definitely.  While the gameplay is great in itself the Cinemas just make the game so much better.  I know they don\'t effect gameplay but you can really \'feel\' the more emotional side of the characters better through the cinemas and the huge events that they put into cinemas are way cool.

I won\'t reveal anything but the cinema that goes on at the \'South Gate\' was way awesome.  Is that the name?  I\'m on disc 3 and that was way back on disc 1.  I guess my mind\'s a little rusty.

Anyways I\'m glad to hear! :)

They do salt the game up. You just gotta play \'til the next video. And FF\'s musics have always been wonderful. I think this is the same with FFIX :D

I never got why they left speech out of the FMV\'s, that was the only thing I disliked about those games...
