There will be somewhere. It was on the DVD with the UK magazine PSW. So I doubt their footage was exclusive.

The footage showed smooth gameplay, phew, although i might of seen maybe one jerk when a dude enters a lift but it was probly me. It looks an ace game I recorn.

These are shots from the PC version of the game. However, the PS2 version will pretty much look exactly the same, except for a few little extras...:D This game is looking fairly good...:D I\'m sure they\'ll have some gameplay footage somewhere soon...keep on the lookout and post the link if any of you guys find anything...peace out.

I think there are to many shooting games out!

Is it first or third person?
Like mech games?  From Armored Core to Frame Gride.  Gundam to Zero Divide.  Come to Mech Madness.

the game is either 1st or 3rd person depending on whats going on or what you want to view it on, there is a movie demo of it, the UK playstation mag had it on their last month\'s DVD , looks dame fine :D.

there is a Team of 4 that you control, each with there own advantages and disadvantages, Amber the Combat Droid can kill most things but when it comes to operating fragile or sensitive items you will be best using one of the Human members, also Amber can be used in hostile environments that might prove fatal to the rest of the memebrs of the team, it locations with poison gas etc etc....

the game will let the player use all of the members , but on times you will have to split them up, but don\'t worry the rest of the team member can fend for themselfs (thanks toi the AI).

All in all it loks like a welcome change of pace from the Tomb raider team, thank God for that :D.
infact to quote the team they said about this change " as far as Lara is conserned with we killed the B#tch off " :D.

here\'s some info from IGN.com

Project Eden

Core\'s plans for a perfect Eden are coming true, for PC and PS2. Come check out new details.

July 10, 2000

Eidos and Core have finally let the cat out of the bag, so to speak. The long-rumored next-generation game from the folks who invented Tomb Raider is not only a reality, it\'s a PlayStation 2 game, and we have first screenshots to prove it.
In the June, issue 85 issue of British game magazine Edge, Core Design shows the world that innovation and inventiveness are still the name of the game. With Project Eden gracing its cover, and more than a dozen shots inside, plus an interview with Adrian Smith, one of Core\'s co-founders, Edge\'s latest issue makes itself quite attractive.

Project Eden, in development for both the PlayStation 2 and PC, is an action-adventure game inspired by the old Amiga favorite Hired Guns. Taking place in the future, Project Eden\'s storyline is still shrouded in mystery (i.e. Core isn\'t telling just yet), but there appears to be a strong connection with one corporation\'s efforts to manipulate human DNA for sinister purposes, and perhaps creating a "new Eden" with perfectly distilled human specimens.

Project Eden enables players to gather together a team of four characters, led by Carter, the all-round captain, and made up of the tech-savvy female Minoko, Andreas the engineer, and finally the ultra strong robot Amber. Though you will only play as one character at a time, the characters will act independently, to a degree. Perhaps players can pause the game and set commands to instruct their actions, or even switch between characters with the push of a button. Core has yet to reveal how exactly this will work. Players can choose between first- and third-person perspectives on the fly. Also characters can also use tiny little R/C style bots to travel into otherwise impossible buildings and sectors to carry out their missions. Core promises that players will be able to see from the bots\' perspective, too. Sweet.

Being a game focused on this atypical cast of characters, project Eden\'s core four will work through puzzles and action situations together to obtain success. The game is as much about finding clever solutions to puzzles and sticky situations as it is about blasting and killing. And it\'s imperative that the entire team stay alive through the levels. So, if characters are damaged during gameplay, energy recovery stations and numerous save points pepper the huge futuristic levels.

Core\'s team also emphasized the necessity of implementing smart enemies in Project Eden. Opponents won\'t just appear in clone like form, permitting you to pummel them in all of the stereotypical ways. Instead, enemies constantly morph into different types, confounding players each and every time they encounter a new lone henchman or a group of them.

Even more interesting is the amount of effort Core is putting into facial effects, such as lip synching, moving eyes, and realistic detail.

Lastly, Core is looking into four-person multiplayer action into the fold, something that would make gamers (such as ourselves) very happy.

Hopefully Core and Eidos are planning on bringing us even more screenshots and information in the near future on Project Eden.

Thanks to Edge Magazine for the screenshots.

Very very NiCe.

If this is what the ps2 is really doing, all i can say is what is the vram problem.
I met him 15 years ago, I was told there was nothing left, no reason, no concious, no understanding and even the most rudamentory sense of life or death, good or evil, right or wrong, I met this 6 year old child with this blang pale emotionless face and, the blackest eyes, the devils eyes, I spent 8 years trying to reach him, and then another 7 trying to keep him locked up because I realised what was living behind that boys eyes was purly and simply evil.

He has the power of both worlds
Girl: What power… beyond my expectations?
AND IT\'S PERSONAL
Demon: No… the legendary Sparda!?
Dante: You\'re right, but I\'m his son Dante!
