Capcom (those crazy people) are at it again with Resident Evil 4 for the Playstation 2. Not that much is known about Resident Evil 4, apart from a few storyline hints and character descriptions. The graphics will obviously be a lot better, and even better than Resident Evil Code Veronica for the Dreamcast. Also the sound will be perfect (hopefully), as with the music and it isn\'t that unbelievable that the length of the game will be longer - I wasn\'t satisfied with the length of Code Veronica so Capcom better make this one around 20 hours.
The first fact that we know is that it is from an Umbrella Agent\'s point of view, or you can control a man named Mark Halten, a researcher at the Umbrella base. "Umbrella base?" I hear you say. Well we\'ve been told that you play as an Umbrella agent, which could mean Hunk, and after the events of Resident Evil 3 you land on a secret Umbrella base. A virus (most likely the T-virus, as I see very little point in Capcom creating a new virus) spreads and the infected researchers at the base are sent to cells. That is when you choose between the Umbrella agent and Mark Halten.
The game is obviously NOT set in Raccoon City, because if you have played Resident Evil 3 you\'ll know that it no longer exists, likewise with the Antarctic Base, in Resident Evil Code Veronica, for the same reason. The location of Resident Evil 4 is still unknown as with a lot of other details.
As a fellow Resident Evil fan, I would like to know a lot of things, like what happened to Rebecca for example, and hopefully most will be answered with this sequel.
