Guess what i got in my hands ?!?

i got Onimusha: Warloads IN MY HANDS..FULL VERSION..i havent played it yet..going to after i check some stuff on the net. i will post my impressions on the game..the bad thing is is that i have to give it back thursday, so i wont be able to beat or play the FULL game, considering i have artwork to do as well and other stuff like working..but i WILL give whatever impressions i can, gameplay, graphics, sound, and all that other stuff..too bad i cant keep it..i should have stole the other Onimusha when i was working at the other store..ERRRRR !!! and that manager got fired so i should have really REALLY have stolen it. im mad at myself..

ok enough of my rant..time to surf net and then kill some people !

Thank God it\'s was just a game, i had realy realy bad imagies here feowwwwwww...ok so you "Stole" it , just so that you could play it before everyone else.

no i did NOT steal it..my manager let me borrow..i have until Thursday to return it back to him...i should have stole the other copy from a different store that i worked at for 1 day..hes going to let me borrow the GT3 demo as well on Thursday..i dont know if anyone wants me to post my impressions on that as well..let me know

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY JAGGIES!!, AND HOW WELL THE GRAPHICS LOOK, IF YOU WANT TO POST an impression of gt3 you can go right on ahead, just pleae tell me if there ae jaggies in onimusha, oh and did i mention how good the charatcers look and the graphics?

lol..ok ok i heard you the first time..after i post this thread im signing off to go play it..i should be back around 8pm or 10pm EST..

im OFF to kill some wanna-be zombies with a sword !!

my impressions after 1 hour of play..

• there are no jaggies [for you unknown]
• the FMV intro is like 2-4 mins long..looks kinda like the Final Fantasy Movie Trailer in the Mail-In demo, maybe better ?
• GREAT FMV videos
• loading is quick
• FMV videos has voices and mouth moves
• the control scheme is kinda confusing depending where you are..but you\'ll get use to it [example: if the character is in the background facing you and you want to move up..instead of pressing down to move closer to you, you have to press up..hope that made sense]
• this game is ALMOST the same as RE games..maybe scarier ?
• the monsters come out from NOWHERE !!!
• the camera angle is GREAT, but sometimes its awkward..maybe they set it up like that cuz i guess they want the monsters to come out like that..say the camera is on the floor shooting up and your character is in the back..the monster comes out from above the camera or sometimes they come out from nowhere
• catching the souls is cool and all..but having 3-4 monsters fighting you and catching their souls at the same time is a bit hard
• you can beat up 2 zombies at the same time and stab them BOTH at the same time while they are on the floor
• the herbs and materials or items are WELL hidden with the backgrounds
• backgrounds look GREAT
• some surroundings you can break to find some items in it
• the sound is GREAT too
• you can feel EVERY vibration..when an huge enemy monster walks, you can feel EVERY walk
• it has puzzles like RE..maybe a bit harder..im already stuck..maybe i dont understand the question
• there are quite a few of Save points every once in awhile incase your stomach gets queezy..or for the weak at heart
• I GUESS THATS ABOUT IT FOR MY 1 HOUR IMPRESSION..IF YOU GOT ANY QUESTIONS, POST THEM HERE AND ILL TRY MY BEST TO ANSWER IT !

this is simply the BEST horror game for the PS2..im already awaiting Onimusha 2..now i gotta find a way to solve this damn puzzle..its pissing me off !!!

ahhhhhhh, no jaggies, 2 words i have been longing to hear, i have to see it myself to believe it, i am so happy, its gonna kick major ars!

unknown if you have a software etc near you..they should have it in their ps2 display or it maybe playable..they have the FULL version as well

yea i played the full version at the local Babbages and i agree with everything you said but i also didn\'t get to play it very long baout 30 minutes

man that opening FMV is so awesome - the way people move looks soooo real

sublimesig..thats more then what other people have played..some people never seen it nor had a hands on feeling of it..you agree with me that the opening FMV is AWESOME ?!?..if i started over again..i would NEVER skip the opening..its too good to skip it..even if your in a rush to play the game

I went and pre-ordered it today at my local EB.
The manager and everyone Ive talked to who has played it, has said its the most amazing game ever.
I have very high hopes at this point.
