namco to make games for X-box

I have heard that Namco have signed a deal with Microsoft for rights to port over the games that were originally ps2 only bound.  This is a big disappointment for me because I bought my PS2 so I could play on Namco games and tell x-box owners to stuff it up their ass.  The thoughts of Ridgey and Tekken on the x-box makes me sick!  Oh well, at least I will be able to play sega games on my baby!!!

Its about the games... So what if X-baux has the games too, who cares.  ITs about having fun..  I understand the need to tell the X-box fan boys to stuff it..  Its fun...  But go after the game level is the wrong answer.  Find something better against them...

yeah Namco are thinking of doing the same as Konami , but in that respect why buy a X Box just to play Tekken Tag a year behind everyone else.

well for a start they increase there sales by having a larger market, this is no why in any shape or form a move to "ditch" the PS2 in anyway, hey theyer just trying to make more money.

maybe both microsoft and sony should make games for each other, then the world would be a happyer place .

i donno.. Namco were developing for sega and we didn\'t see tekken. I don\'t think tekken will end up on xbox. Namco will properly develope for xbox. We will properly see SC2 on xbox. But i really don\'t see namco putting tekken, (Which i thought was excusive to sony) on xbox. I may be wrong.

Namco just wants to make some fast $$$!

Too bad some of you Sony fanboys are so threatened by XB you need to diss it, call it names, or (soulgrind) pretend you have a crystal ball. Buy what you like, don\'t buy what you don\'t like, and things will be fine. I think i\'ve been a pretty big critic of PS2 at times, but I never called it names. Grow up.

But I don\'t think that Sony will let namco make Tekken for the X-Box since it\'s the biggest and most successful fighter on the Playstation.They want to have a few games that are Playstation only.

Dude I read the 1st couple of posts and I see no reason for you to turn this thread into some Xbox vs: PS2 rant

Nothing was said in the beginning of this thread that should upset you so much. Not one bad name was  used to describe the XBox before you posted this...

Faston said some not so nice things, plus Soulgrind, a mod no less, made a very untrue statement about Tekken. Sure, he said he may be wrong, but it\'s lots of little comments that are unfounded that can chip away at casual gamers confidence in a console. Look at DC, a great system, did well, but could of done better. Why didn\'t it? Many reasons, but one was that every news article about DC, even positive ones, threw in a doubtul comment about \'can DC really last\'. It, like I said, it chips away at confidence in a console. Sure, you and me won\'t change our minds \'cause of it, but lots of easily influenced, uninformed people can be. Soulgrind\'s a respected figure on the forums, so someone who casually visits, will see a unfair critisizm and be influenced. It\'s not very responsable. Anyways, fastons comments certainly warrented a response. Also, I skimmed through what kirath said, and while not a mean name as such, X-baux isn\'t the name of the system...
