The second pic is from a CGI work Cpacom presented some time ago.I dont know they showed they showed this RE CGI movie.

I think the most depth and atmospheric RESI of all was the first. They  ruined IMO the scary feel of unsafety of the first which was a lot harder in favour of action  for the sequels.

Ya know... if RE: CVX is a sucess on the PS2... imagine the possibilities with RE4... although Silent Hill has priority over RE4... sorry capcom...

I\'m still waiting for a 2-4 player RE game.  It would be so cool.  They could either have it split screen, or the could have everyone be on the same screen and work as a team (I want the latter one more).

That RE engine was designed for the 32bit machines which were limited in what they could display on screen. Pre-rendered backgrounds and few objects on the screen at once. The PS2 is far more capable than that. I say let RE grow up and use some of that power the PS2 has to offer with more wide open enviroments and a go anywhere approach not just turning corners and a limited view. The PS2 is ready for a new RE engine.(I still love Onimusha):D

RE is a classic... they won\'t sit back and let it die...They should try something new with THE STORY... Survivor was a joke... easy and boring... so keep the same type of game... just mix up the story a little...

I didnt even bother to rent Survivor. I could tell just by looking at it that it was a thrown together game just to make some money of the whole Resident Evil franchise before they move onto the next generation consoles. I wonder how many copies Survivor even sold.

I know I\'ll end up getting RE4(and probably any others they end up making unless the series really takes a dive), but personally I\'m more interested in Silent Hill 2. If it\'s anything like the first game it\'s gonna be scary and mind-warping as hell. Can\'t wait.
