I\'ll bet you my life it is........

Hell, while I\'m at it, here\'s some FMV pics (or are they? Come on, after seeing how they redid the Rebirth demo  all in real-time, it isn\'t too hard to believe!) of Too Human, from which the above sreenshot was too. That little lunchbox is smokin\', I tell you!!!!

PS2 can do it, and guy, the pics are pre-rendered ;)

Real-time or not, that is a kick ass shot. I was going to say that it was pre-rendered also but after looking at it closer it looks like it could be done real-time on the GCN and PS2. The bump-mapping makes it look at lot more detailed than it actually is.

[EDIT] Upon further inspection, the background is WAY too detailed. It is either AWESOMELY bump-mapped or a case of the cut-and-paste syndrome that EA sometimes goes through. (ie. take and in-game model and paste it over a pre-rendered background)

Pre-rendered.  The res is far too high to be a normal in-game shot.  In any case, it looks good.  Don\'t try and turn up TOO many cube pics though, just wait for E3 when people have played their games and experienced that new controller.

Ryu, I think it is a combination of both. The model is not very detailed and could easily be done on the PS2, GCN, and the Xbox. The gun and the background raise suspicion though.

Does anyone else remember that screenshot from EA that had:

- A realtime shot of a car
- A photo-realistic explosion
- Pre-rendered bystanders running away from the scene
- And fake jaggies to try and make it look real

If I find it I will post it later.

BTW, I agree with Ryu. When it comes to GameCube wait until GDC(hopefully) and/or E3.

This looks damn good.I think it\'s prerendered but that\'s OK.Everybody says that all The Getaway shots are prerendered (especially the first ones) but still most of us are really looking forward to that game.

From what I understand those are pre-rendered shots from the PS version (started off as a PS title) but the developer hopes to get the same graphics in-game on the NGC.

is one of those shots of a baby?....that thing gave me nightmares...and no they are not in-game...we have to wait until E3 for that....this game better make it for launch.
. I\'ve said it before and I\'ll say it again, in terms of ingenuity, exclusivity, and console competition, X-Box brings nothing to the table except a fat wad of cash and some rehashed PC components wrapped with a DC controller and a plastic black box.----RYU
