First game I remember was E.T on the Atari. I have somewhat fond memories of it, even though it was one of the worst games ever created. Probably because it showed me the great world of interactive games. Then I started staying with my Uncle alot and he had a NES when it came out. I remember playing Mario and Ninja Gaiden. Then he bought my "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and I played it to death. My mother eventually got into video games at around the time Mario 3 came out, so she bought a copy and we played that to death. We continued to play the NES a ton. Got a Super NES soon as it came out, and we was both playing a ton of games. She would buy one for her, and one for me. We would end up playing each others games though. I have fond memories of all the Mario\'s, F-Zero, Ninja Gaiden Trilogy (YES!), Bubsy and others. Around that time, my Uncle got a Genesis so I kept visiting him to get my daily kick of Altered Beast (cool game, damnit!). Then it was Shinobi or Mystic Defender. Either way, I was playing games at either my house or his. Then, the day Sonic came out, I remember we went over 3 hours just to get a copy. That sold me on the Genesis, so I begged my mother for one and I got one around the time Sonic 2 came out (which was like a year later). After that, I started reading gaming magazines monthly, and getting excited about the new systems. I picked up a 32x, Sega Cd, GameGear, GameBoy. Then I read about the PS, Saturn and got more excited. Started saving up for a Sega Saturn, but Sega\'s suprise launch and price tag made it impossible for me to purchase one on launch, like planned. So, instead, I picked up a Playstation. I got a Playstation, with Mortal Kombat 3 and was semi-impressed. I was impressed graphics wise but I hated the MK series. So, I went and got Battle Arena Toshiden and enjoyed that. I started buying PS games semi-regular and picking them up at "Pawn Shops" for a cheap price. But, it wasn\'t until Resident Evil came out was I sold on Sony\'s new machine. I waited for awhile until the \'3 game deal\' came around with the Saturn. I picked one up, it came with Virtua Fighter 2, Virtua Cop, Daytona USA. I also picked up "Nights". I was amazed and pissed at myself for not picking up a Saturn sooner. I also picked up a N64 on launch day. I remember standing out in the friggin\' cold after a long night, as I had a wedding to attend to the day before the launch.
Since all this, I\'ve picked up a 3DO with 90 games, a Jaguar with some games, and a few other odds and ends.
I\'ve got 13 systems and around 300 games now.
Thats the history of my gaming.
