Yep, it\'s raining at the start of the demo on the deck of the ship. The rain effects are just incredible.

Racer, go read som reviews of the demo, or go look at some picks. All this stuff was discussed ad nausem a few days ago, heck it\'s been talked about for a month.

The only thing that tops the cg is the gameplay. Damn I play this demo more than ZOE.

All of MGS2 is real-time. No CG.

Sorry, I was referring to the graphics in general. CG(computer graphics) can mean real-time or pre-rendered, it depends on the context.

I play the MGS2 demo more than I play ZOE.  The first time through it took me about a half hour.  Now, my record is 1m19s on hard.  The record for America is 1m14s (I think).  I have played the demo for at least 10 hours (that is really under estimating ).  I can\'t get enough of that room with the big glass window in it.

There is just so much you can do in the demo, just imagine how much fun the full version will be.

I played it on NORMAL, and had no walk through. I dont care if you believe me or not. It was short. If it took you longer, too bad for you. And I watched the opening video\'s, then skipped the rest.

You\'re right. I thought about it after I had posted but I didn\'t care to edit. Though some people might take that as pre-rendered cg graphics.

The answer to your question is,it is as long as you want to make it,the guards always come back,i could play the game forever.

p.s:Ethugg you are a fool,why are you always sooo moody,what is the point in your first run through of the game,skipping all the cut-scenes?
You sound more and more like dawson,from dawsons creek,always finding something wrong,never enjoying something.

just got the demo, and I\'m still playing it as I speak. Damn man, that game looks, sounds and plays like it is sent from heaven. The game truly lives up to its hype, and I\'m sure that the full version will be the best game ever made!

Actually EThugg, you are like this everytime someone starts a conversation about a PS2 game. You always find some problem with it, whether you\'ve played it before or not. You just can\'t stand that the Playstation 2 has some awesome (possibly exclusive) games coming its way. You nitpick about the graphics, the gameplay, the length, the storyline, and how the XBox will blow it away. You are, whether you think you are or not, a total XBox fanboy. **** off. I never EVER said XB would blow anything away. You can\'t name a single game I\'ve unfairly critisized. I can name more than a dozen exclusive games for PS2 that have me drooling. I find problems with games that have noticable problems. If your too ****ing blind, or have real low standards, too bad for you. I\'m not a XB fanboy, and nothing you can say will make it true. You say I start this **** every time, but I simply said the demo was short, and it was. I didn\'t diss it at all.

I have no idea who Jericho is, but why dont you take your **** out of his ******* *** and **** ***.

I think it is really sad that people carnt just enjoy something,and not worrie about stupid little thing.
MGS2 was sent from heaven,and i couldnt give a **** if it can be completed in under 2 mins,i just like to sit there and enjoy the game,with out finding faultys in it.

p.s my girlfriend likes Dawsons creek,so if it is on and she is watching it ,then i have to watch it.
