every fool would see that these shots are renderd in 3dsmax and then enhanced with photoshop. look at the motion blur trail of the ball. I could do that in photoshop!And how come that this game looks better than any other xbox games, big budget ones like halo, SH2 etc.

its just another swing away golf clone to me, boring.......

While I can\'t say theses are real time, I must say that Malice looks nearly this good and was shown in realtime play environments. PS2 fanboys don\'t need to get all pissy cause XB is more powerful (for graphics anyways) than PS2. It was a known fact, same as GC. Get over it.

EThugg get a life, go to some other forum cause all you do is talk about other systems we know they look better but yeah malice im sure isnt going to be one of the best games ever all x-box will have is nice looking games

If that is truly the case, then why does Microsoft deem it necessary to doctor their screenshots? Not once now, but TWICE. If XBox\'s graphics are so much better than PS2\'s, why can\'t they prove it on the machine\'s own accord instead of buttering it up artificially?

Twice? I\'m not sure what the \'other\' example is, but the explanation MS gave for the Amped screens was fine. And again, Malice wasn\'t doctored in any way, and looks as good as I expressed earlier. MS obviously has different internal development teams, and some are sure to be more successful than others.

the other example is this one right here

read the article that gohan posted further up the page - these pic were doctored up and anybody in their right mind could tell that from the pics

I find it pretty funny too as how how something driven by a 733p3 and a Nvidia graphics chip needs help from photo editors to "outclass" the PS2.

IMO, The detail in Malice makes it a better looking game and, as far as platformers go, I have yet to see one better looking than Malice. Although E3 is about 3 weeks away and we haven\'t seen Mario and Naughty Dog\'s secret game(assuming of course that it is a platformer)

I brought up Malice, cause it has a similar cartoon style, and looks nearly as good, because others were saying XB couldnt do the shots. And if the proof is a GC site that these shots are doctored, thats not evidence, and imo bs.

Were you expecting an Xbox site to say this? THe point is no one else cares. IGN does not care Dailyradar does not care. The only reason PGC said anything was because people were making a fuss about the pics and someone emailed them about it. It doesn\'t take a firman to know that fire is hot. :rolleyes:
