Hi. Just got my OPM in the mail, DC is on the cover!!:)

There is a HUGE write up on DC, here some info from the write up concerning the additional content for the US/EU release. If your interested at all in DC, get this issue!!!

35 additional weapons.

Oh, there\'s a demo video on th disc that comes with it. The PS2 demo videos look like crap (since they have to be coded to play on a PSX), but it gives you a nice glance anyway:)

Kind of, but not really.  What you do in the game is go into a dungeon and find items.  Then you return to the surface and can use those items to create your village.  Go read about it at ps2.ign.com.

The added enhancements do make the game more intriguing to me.

I\'ll still wait to hear from the crew before I buy.

Ive always been interested in this game, and now its just made cooler by the enhancements.
I wonder if GT3 and FF10 are going to get such treatment.

i hope this game turns out well...it could be quite exciting.  Good to see what sony can do other than 989 Studios, im sure they will be one of the better developers for the Ps2 (sony\'s in house)

I\'m not totally sure about the "Chest quiz" either, but it seems that certain treasure chests will quiz you...somehow, and you may get Items that help you or hurt you.

As far as characters, they didn\'t mention any Secret ones, but there are SIX playable characters, all with their own special abilities (Wild Arms like...kinda).

Get this.... You can switch characters--on the fly. In fact, when fighting bosses, it may be impossible to use only one character. Fight-switch-fight, you figure out who works when:)

Also, Some dude in a village house may want his stuff back too, in addition to just his house (ungratefull townsfolk), so when you bring his stuff you get more weapons, or items, etc.

Also, you have to arrange the town according to their wishes. Someone may want to be near water, or food, or far away from the gay guys (Yes, I\'m not making that up). They will give you clues on all this, but the clues won\'t always be so straightforward.
