"SonySource has just learned from a Namco representative, who whished to remain anonymous that both Soul Calibur 2 and Tekken 4 are indeed in development.
Tekken 4 is on test in select arcades in Japan as we speak, running on the System 246 arcade hardware. The representative has told us that Namco hopes to release Tekken 4 before the end of the summer.
Soul Calibur - The Next Chapter (tentative) has also been confirmed to be up and running, but is not on test at this time. The game is also running on the System 246 hardware, and is expected to be released before year\'s end.
Both games will be coming to arcades before home versions are released, and Namco has stated that they have no plans for ports to the Xbox or Gamecube. The games will remain a Sony exclusive.

The video does not include gameplay footage, as Namco is being very secretive at the moment, but we have character renders and models as well as new logos from the games ready to go. Oh crap this is a big blow to x box and gamecube!!!!! Oh as for ttt for gamecube even if its true(which I doubt) they can have it now!!!!
